Born in Palpa, Nepal, I have built a career defined by resilience, leadership, and service. Since joining the British Gurkhas in 1996, I have gained over 30 years of leadership experience with the British Army across Europe, Americas, Middle East, and South Asia.My experience includes operational deployments, humanitarian missions, security operations, risk management, and leading diverse teams in challenging environments. I combine military discipline with a people-first approach, focusing on integrity, safety, excellence, and high-performance teams.I now aim to bring my global leadership experience and deep connection to Nepal into the tourism and hospitality sector, helping drive growth, elevate safety and service standards, and deliver world-class, sustainable travel experiences.Outside work, I am passionate about endurance running, high-altitude trekking, culture, exploration, and community engagement.
